I offer 1:1 health coaching for people living with alopecia, providing a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect and rebuild confidence.
Using health coaching tools and lived experience, I support you to navigate the emotional and practical aspects of hair loss and to feel more like yourself again.

Wig & Appearance Support for Alopecia
Wearing a wig can be both practical and emotional. Whether you are new to wigs or have been wearing one for years, it’s common to still feel unsure, uncomfortable, or not quite yourself.
I offer gentle, practical wig and appearance support for people with alopecia, based on six years of lived experience and a deep understanding of the emotional journey.
